Matt Suby

My wife, Deanna, and I live and work in Marshall.  We are blessed with two daughters, Adalin (8) and Violet (5), who keep us on our toes each and every day.  I am a Business Development Specialist at Western Equipment Finance, and my wife is a teacher at Marshall Public Schools.  I joined the United Way of Southwest Minnesota Board in July of 2022 and have been blown away by how UWSWMN supports our communities and those who reside here.  Whether providing schools with needed supplies for students, combating food insecurity with seniors and families, or working with local organizations to provide grants to support their mission, the UWSWMN is providing hope to so many people.  I’m humbled by the generosity of our communities through the financial support and volunteering their time to support the many initiatives of the UWSWMN.
