The United Way of Southwest Minnesota (UWSWMN) board took time at their June meeting to honor outgoing director Krista Kopperud who has served on the board since July 2016. Kopperud lives near Currie, MN and is owner/operator of Painted Prairie Vineyard. On behalf of the board and UWSWMN, many thanks to Kopperud for her ongoing service to our organization.
The UWSWMN board also honored 2021-22 board chair Terry Kriz for his leadership over the past year. It was an especially busy year with the search for a new CEO and the transition related thereto. Kriz lives in Marshall and works at Runnings. He has served on the board since July 2017 and will continue to serve on the board’s executive committee for the next year. Our thanks and appreciation go out to Terry.
