Collaborating with board members and staff can be both exciting and challenging. The key is to provide board governance training for your board and team. By investing in training on effective board operations, you can ensure that your organization is guided toward a successful future. This will ultimately contribute to a more rewarding experience for your nonprofit and its mission.
The session, scheduled for Monday, July 29, 2024, from 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. in the Board Room at the Running Corporate Office in Marshall, is now open for registration at https://www.unitedwayswmn.org/board-governance-training. The cost is just $25.00 per person, and each organization can register up to three participants. However, please note that space is limited, so we encourage you to register as soon as possible to secure your spot.
The training will be conducted by Doris Pagelkopf, the esteemed Executive Director of the United Ways of Minnesota State Association. With her extensive experience serving on numerous local, national, and international boards and conducting Governance Training across the United States and on five continents, you can be assured of the quality and relevance of the training.
Training will include:

· How to build strong partnerships between staff and the board
