The Prairie Five Meals Program serves 24 communities with Congregate Dining and Home Delivered and Frozen Meals. Frozen Meals are available for weekend, holiday, emergency and rural delivery. The Program promotes health and independent living in the senior population through improved nutrition and reduction of social isolation.
Volunteers are the core of the Prairie Five Meals Program. The Program could not operate without the volunteers that provide volunteer hours in numerous different capacities. Communities in the five counties also provide continuing support for the Prairie Five Meals Program and its participants.
